On Saturday, May 11, we welcomed nearly 1,600 guests to Phillips Creek Ranch for our Community Grand Opening. Adults toured model homes while children enjoyed music from the Eddie Coker Band, carnival games, a petting zoo and pony rides. 3 Stacks BBQ and Trailercakes kept everyone full and coming back for more.
