Always wanted to explore our 11+ miles of paved trails by way of bike, but don’t have a bike? Or, maybe you regularly hit the trails but have out of town guests who didn’t think to pack their cruisers (they aren’t exactly carry on friendly…)? No matter what your “sans-bike” scenario may be, we’ve officially got you covered. Just in time for National Bike Month, we kicked off a bike-sharing program for our residents and their guests! 3 shiny, new Linus bicycles (2 adult, one kiddo style) can be found at the Vista Park Information Center, and borrowing one takes about 5 minutes of your time. So, how does it work? In a nutshell…
- Bring your ID to the Information Center and fill out a rental form with our friendly staff.
- Air up the tires, hop on and enjoy the trails!
- Return the bike within 4 hours, or by close of business, so your neighbors can have a go!
Easy enough (except for those hills!) As demand for this program grows, so will our collection of awesome bikes. We hope you all enjoy this new amenity, and we hope to see you on the trails soon! Because now, you are officially out of excuses.
