Republic Property Group is a Dallas based residential real estate development company founded in 1967 by Richard C. Strauss.  Over the course of 45 years, Republic Property Group has had real estate developments in excess of $3.5 billion across eight states.  RPG has a proven successful track record in all facets of the development process, from site selection and financial analysis to planning, development and management.  

RPG and its affiliates’ diverse portfolio has included projects such as multifamily residences, office buildings, hotel development, retail sites, condominiums, residential high-rises, single-family homes, and master planned communities.

In 2001, RPG began development on a residential real estate project, Lantana, just south of Denton, TX. The 1,743 acre award-winning development is currently home to over 8,000 people and will include over 4,000 homes at build-out.  In addition to Phillips Creek Ranch RPG is also currently  in the development stage on Light Farms in Celina, TX.  Combined at build-out, these three latest developments will have over 10,000 homes, 3,500 acres and 35,000 residents.
